Our History
Hebei Hangchi Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 2017, is a professional enterprise integrating fastener production, research and development, and sales. Located in Yongnian City, Hebei Province, known as the "Capital of Fasteners in China," the company is situated in the largest fastener manufacturing base in northern China. We have a 10,000 square meter factory and 120 employees, including more than 50 professors and senior technical personnel.
Our Factory
Our company specializes in the research and development and manufacturing of fasteners, photovoltaic mounting systems, seismic bracing systems, and power fittings. With over 60 core production equipment (including hot forging machines, punching machines, CNC machine tools, and thread rolling machines), 10 surface treatment lines covering processes such as galvanizing and Dacromet coating, and 3 dedicated production lines for photovoltaic mounting systems, 5 for power fittings, and 5 for fasteners, we have established a complete manufacturing system. The company maintains a year-round raw material reserve of 500 tons and has a monthly production capacity of 1000 tons, ensuring stable supply and quick response to various order requirements.
