Testing Process
Sample Receiving and Registration
The client submits fastener samples to the testing company. The company receives and registers the samples, recording basic information such as model, specifications, and quantity.
Testing Plan Development
Based on the client's needs and the characteristics of the samples, the testing company develops a corresponding testing plan, specifying the testing items, standards, and methods.
Sample Pretreatment
If necessary, the samples undergo pretreatment, such as cleaning, cutting, and sample preparation, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the testing.
Testing Implementation
Following the established testing plan, professional testing equipment and instruments are used to test the samples for various performance indicators. This may include hardness testing using a hardness tester, tensile load testing using a tensile testing machine, and chemical composition analysis using a spectrometer.
Data Recording and Analysis
Data generated during the testing process is recorded in detail, analyzed, and organized to assess whether the sample's performance meets the standard requirements.
Issuance of test report
After the test is completed, the company will issue a third-party inspection report based on the test results. The report will list in detail the test items, test methods, test results and conclusions.
