Sample Receiving and Registration: The client submits fastener samples to the testing company. The company receives and registers the samples, recording basic information such as model, specifications, and quantity.

Testing Plan Development: Based on the client's needs and the characteristics of the samples, the testing company develops a corresponding testing plan, specifying the testing items, standards, and methods.

Sample Pretreatment: If necessary, the samples undergo pretreatment, such as cleaning, cutting, and sample preparation, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the testing.

Testing Implementation: Following the established testing plan, professional testing equipment and instruments are used to test the samples for various performance indicators. This may include hardness testing using a hardness tester, tensile load testing using a tensile testing machine, and chemical composition analysis using a spectrometer.

Data Recording and Analysis: Data generated during the testing process is recorded in detail, analyzed, and organized to assess whether the sample's performance meets the standard requirements.

Issuance of test report: After the test is completed, the company will issue a third-party inspection report based on the test results. The report will list in detail the test items, test methods, test results and conclusions.
