Galvanized screw piles consist of a high-strength pile shaft, continuous helical blades, and a connecting head. This product can be quickly installed using mechanical screwing methods, and utilizes the interlocking action between the blades and the soil to provide stable tensile load-bearing capacity. It is suitable for ground anchoring and foundation support applications requiring rapid construction.

Overall Hot-Dip Galvanized Corrosion Protection

Using the hot-dip galvanizing process, the zinc layer thickness is typically ≥60–85μm, providing salt spray corrosion resistance for 500–1000 hours, and a service life of over 20 years in ordinary soil environments.

Stable Stress Distribution on Spiral Blades

The spiral blades typically have a thickness of 4–10mm and a diameter of 200–350mm. They are fully welded or integrally formed with the pile shaft, resulting in low drilling resistance. After installation, the single pile's pull-out resistance can reach 30–150kN.

High Construction Efficiency

The screw-in installation method eliminates the need for excavation and concrete pouring. Installation of a single screw pile is typically completed within 5–15 minutes and can be performed in environments ranging from -10℃ to 45℃.

Strong Specification Adaptability

Common pile diameters are Φ76–Φ219mm, with lengths of 1–3m. Lengths can be extended to over 5m using extension sections. The load-bearing capacity can be flexibly adjusted according to the pile type and soil conditions.
