Production Details

Material Selection

Commonly used materials include stainless steel such as 304, 304L, 316, and 316L, as well as carbon steel, titanium, duplex stainless steel, and Hastelloy, etc., which need to be selected according to the specific application environment (such as desulfurization, coking, etc.).

Production Process

This type of packing is usually made by stamping metal sheets into corrugated shapes and then assembling them into regular packing discs. During production, the geometric shape and dimensional accuracy of the corrugations must be ensured to optimize gas-liquid distribution and mass transfer efficiency.

Large-Scale Production
