1. For standard bulk orders, we typically utilize containerized sea freight; goods are shipped from major domestic ports, and customers are responsible for customs clearance and cargo collection at the destination port. For small-batch or urgent orders, we can also arrange air freight.
2. Regarding payment, we primarily accept Telegraphic Transfers (T/T) and Sight Letters of Credit (L/C). For T/T payments, our standard terms require a 30% upfront deposit, with the remaining 70% balance paid upon presentation of a copy of the Bill of Lading. Q: Do you support OEM production?
A: Yes we do. We can put laser markings. Attach customer brand logos to the clips. We can also customize the packaging to meet what the customer needs for shipping marks, labels and box designs.
Q: Are there any installation guidelines?
A: There are two things to remember: First the U-bolt has to go over the short end of the wire rope and the saddle has to rest against the main rope. Second all the wire rope clips have to be facing the way. Do not put them in different directions. If you follow these steps you will have an reliable connection.
Q: How do I choose between 304 and 316 steel?
A: For outdoor use 304 stainless steel is fine.. If you are using it near the ocean or in a place with a lot of chemicals you should choose 316 stainless steel because it can withstand corrosion better. 316 Stainless steel gives you peace of mind when you are using it in harsh environments, like coastal areas or chemical plants.
